MISSING CHAMPIONS when doing crucible

Can't even do Crucible in my mini account because of missing champions in crucible im almost done with my path and there are champions that are missing and I havent used them once in crucible yet. They are missing for no reason at all... They are not in AW or AQ or story or anything..
