Need help with poolies event plz.

Guys I m in China and VPNs r not working. So I have to get on with international roaming. Can someone help with a summary of best possible options plz. I got 25k units and approx 1.2 mill poolies on me. Not gonna spend.

    I need only photon as a 7*. If she is not there then I can need R4 material and 7* sig stones.

    1.25 million poolshields, so technically no as 1.57 million were made available for free.
