Webstore doesn't show event offers

I don't have access to limited time offers in the webstore on my main account so I can t get any red and dead offers.
I also had this problem with the valentine's event and couldn't get the free key. does anyone know how what the problem might be

    Try logging out and then back in. The webstore breaks often and that is the typical fix.

    This has happened to a lot of people contact support can u show us a pic of ur webstore aswell

    The weird part is i have the milestone track but none of the offers

    Search up kabam support and submit a request

    Kabam has these problems a lot and a few people missed out on free seven star like this from valentines and I’m also curious why the daily crystal isn’t showing up either
