I've purchased all the bundles but have not seen anything about the DDHK event. Maybe I missed the date for the trade in, can anyone confirm a timeline?

The trade in store hasnt started yet u will see it in store when it does start there should also be an in game mail when it does start

I’m assuming it starts this Tuesday, when the 9th and final Hells Bells bundle drops.

No date has been specifically given apart from 'at the end of the Hell's Bells event' and 'during the current saga'. There's also supposed to be a bit of an acquisition track but nothing has been said in detail about that either, just hints.

You haven't missed it. I'd check next week when the last Hell's Bells tokens are available to buy.
