Someone from the mod help me pls

I choose the wrong champ from the selector and the support told me that cannot reverse It . Can some from the mod help me ? @kabamcrash @kabamDork

If not, then you can contact support to replace the selected champ with the champ you want.
For example, if you want photon, but chose silk,then write to kabam to replace photon into silk instead of reversing the purchase.
The purchase has two elements, buying the rare champ selector, and actually picking the wrong champ from the selector.
I think the kabam support misunderstood that you want to reverse your purchase of buying the selector, But I assume you just want to change the champ you selected from the selector. Write this clearly to kabam, and write it in English using translation tools or with help of a friend who knows English.

So may have answered that the PURCHASE itself is not reversible, because you then opened the crystal.
So ask them again (do it in English), and ask that the SELECTION of the champ is what you want reversed (take the champ back, and give you back the Selector Crystal. NOT the actual purchase to restore your PoolShields).
Or actually, tell them WHICH CHAMP from the Selector you wanted it to be and see if they can just change that Champ on your roster.
Just tell them which one you wanted from the selector and which one you accidentally picked.

I will take this opportunity to say that a big problem that people often have with support is that they ask for the wrong thing, and it is something support cannot do. Support will not always parse what you're asking for and try to work backwards to what you want. They will simply try to execute the request, or say this cannot be done.
The correct thing to do in situations like this is to always state what you did, specify the mistake you made, and tell support what you intended to do instead and ask for assistance. Say "I picked this champ from the selector by mistake but I actually wanted to pick this one, can you help me?" Don't say "hey support, here's what I want you to do, refund my poolshields, or if that is not possible then give me back the selector." Both of those support is not authorized to do, so they might just say no and close the ticket.
Let support know what you intended to do, and see if they have an option that will get you there. Don't pick options for them that you think will work.
