i have both, prefer chavez. more easier to use and prefer her playstyle more. utility wise they both do similar and different things but i prefer chavez utiltiy of shutting of power gains, reudicng potency of furys etc. kushala being able to block unblockables is nice though.

Chavez. She has an easier playstyle and dishes out more damage. Plus she shines even against nullify immune enemies and has regen and solid power control

Kushala definetly better more utility and handles more matchups

Chavez is dependent on heavies to maximise her damage. To use her on stun immune nodes requires a lot of skill and patience. At my skill level, Kushala has more utility on higher game content.
