The only "broken" things about kitty are the "take no dmg while phased", "pause phasing while struck" and "increased CBR while struck in phase" because miss counters cannot counter her that can be seen in her bullseye matchups where she completely cheeses the fight.

Honestly, I think the take no damage while phased is GREAT utility and BALANCED as it helps her against thorns, power stings etc. The only reason its broken is because she can take miss counters and cheese them with the CBR increase.
If they didn't give her that cbr increase and the miss counter she'd be balanced and already a 7star.

Ghost's profile says she takes no damage while phasing.
As such, she should take NO damage while phased, including from sp3.
She shouldn't need Hood for no sp3 damage.
Please fix this, kabam!!
