Mythic dispersion and mastery set up

What is the best mystic dispersion mastery setup, and the best suicide setup? Now that you can have multiple mastery layouts I would like one that works very well with mythic dispersion, and one for suicide. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

    Here's my setup for MD.I put it in the spoiler tag just so it doesn't take up a bunch of room.

    Yes. I do have a suicide MD too, but it's not a preset one as I don't use it very often. Suicides is my main mastery set up.

    Once I pay the 35 to switch layouts once can I switch freely or does every time I switch cost 35?

    Every switch is 35.
