I couldn't get poolshields because of a glitch

I couldn't open the game since the event (red and dead's sale) started till 24 April it either crashed or loaded indefinitely or it just won't open and because of i couldn't grind the super daily event and hence I couldn't grind the poolshields plz plz plz plz plz plz plz give me a chance to collect the poolshields again I need 300k poolshields plz

    I bought the wrong $99.00 Bundle. I click the non poolsheild one thinking I was going to get the million pool shield. Can I get this corrected?

    In their defense, you don't read much before buying... It was the weekend, they were out of the office. You could try contacting Xsolla.

    From the home screen in the game, click the gear in the top left, scroll down and click Support, then file a ticket there

    They're not gonna compensate people who could not login to game for some days.

    As for buying incorrect bundle, if you have NOT done anything with what you bought, you can try to Submit a Request to Kabam Support.
