unable to access second account

hello, I have two accounts one is registered with Kabam and one isn’t. As of these past few days I have not been able to access the account that is registered. I believe this is because I recently changed my email for personal reasons. i need an email from Kabam that allows me to change my password for the registered account, as i have forgotten it. I’ve tried at least a 100 times and nothings worked. also, I tried contacting support as soon as the problem occurred, but it’s been about a week and they haven’t responded. Please let me know if there’s any way I can fix this, and get my account back.
