Why does the game crash so much since Voodoo

It really sucks playing this game when it crashes so much. Also for like 5 hours! And nothing was done at all not even a sorry. Don't understand why this is going on and it reallly needs to get fixed.

    Yeah I was shocked they didn't have an apology or any kind of compensation after the game was down so long the other day.
