Sunspot's prestige.

Can someone please explain to me why sunspot prestige fell so much as r4 7*?
Also why is he the only champ that is affectedin such drop, significantly?

In the abstract, I can say that prestige is not a calculable thing across champions, there's a bunch of variables that go into champion prestige that are "designed" into the champs, so the prestige of a champ, and how it scales, is up to the designers. Why specifically any champion either changes build to build or has a prestige curve that causes their relative placement to differ significantly between ranks is a question only the designers can answer. Sometimes it is a bug or error, sometimes it is a reevaluation of their prestige that was intended.
