Submitted a support ticket to Kabam because I accidentally purchased the wrong bundle with my Poolshields. I meant to click on Bundle 2 and I accidentally clicked on Bundle 6 as it is right below. Didn't realize my mistake until the ISO selectors popped up because Bundle 2 doesn't include the ISO selectors. I haven't used any of the items. Asked Kabam to claw them back and return my Poolshields so I can buy what I wanted. They responded to my support ticket that sales were final and they couldn't help. How have I heard over my 10 years of playing this game that Kabam support can help with these types of issues but are unwilling to help me in this instance. Disappointing for a long time player and has me questioning how much time I want to continue to put into this game. Hopefully this can help get my issue escalated as it was an honest mistake that I put a ticket in about right away.
