please help me i beg/ perm ban

I’ve been playing this game since roughly 2017 and was greeted this afternoon with a pop-up that says I have been permanently banned. I just spent easily over $200 on the new event and I’ve never done anything other than play this game to the full extent of my skill range. I’m so confused and I’m really hoping this is an accidental band, but I am really going through the motions of right now cause I’m scared that my account could be gone forever. I’ve given this game my heart my soul my money. I’ve been tuned to every live stream since damn near they started on twitch I’m really not sure what to do and I’ve heard the Reddit that coby support system can be fairly bad at times like I said I’ve been playing this game for a very long time and I’m super confused and hoping it’s an accidental band this is my first time ever on forms as I never felt I really needed to even use this and I’m really hoping people can give me some insight on what to do and hopefully soon I can and see this message. Thank you.

They don't ban people for chargebacks. Unless you decided to chargeback all your purchases which constitutes fraud. So it was either something else or they banned you for fraud.

But I find it fitting that you were sobbing like a baby in your first post when you were claiming you were innocent and now have gone to insults once you've admitted to doing something against Kabams ToS.
