Potential Crucible Bug

I'm currently doing Crucible and I'm about halfway through. For some reason a lare majority of my champs are not showing up in the swap selector. To clarify, yes I am aware you can only use champs once, but even champs I know I haven't used aren't showing, and trust me, I used a spreadsheet. Also, it's not just one or two champs, but a lot of them (they are not in any other game modes). Just pointing this out, has anyone else encountered this?
