Bug ao entrar no battlegrounds

Good afternoon, my game is frozen the screen every time I enter the battlegrounds this has been happening since pre-season. I can't play at all as you can see in the image.

I have the same problem since the end of season 27 of battleground.. I tried everything, completely resetting my phone and reinstalling the game but nothing works. All the other modes work except Battleground and it shows me the same thing as you, the screen remains frozen, I sent several tickets I hoped that the problem would be resolved with the new update but no
