Excess light essence trade in

Do we know if they plan on a trade in store for excess light essence might be a good idea like how they made a trade in for the hells bells for units or are we going to be stuck with the excess?

Ok yeah, that was me remembering the “they will swap over to new light essences” for newly acquired but it doesn’t apply for existing. I’m a dumb.

You’re correct. Kabam commented that many times actually since isophyne released for free before lumatrix to explain future essences So definitely true!

It was talking about Lumatrix availability in the store for exchange. Lumatrix will be replaced with the next Eidol Champion in the store. When you taking lines out of context ...

SWAP over does not equal CONVERT over. As some ppl had interpreted that to mean.

So basically (I believe), future sources of Essence will swap over to providing the NEW type of Essence when the switch between Eidol's is done.

It does not mean that any existing Esssence you have in your inventory will be converted over to the new type of Essence.
