daredevil hk shop not showing up??

in Bugs and Known Issues
ive seen people open their rewards from the hells bells shop in mcoc but the shop is not there for me? i asked if this is a problem in global chat and its apparently in between the unit store and summoners sigil but it is literally not there. pls help
