Fix Dust horrible FPS drops already

The horrible lag drops in BG's while using or going against dust is just annoying.. She's currently the only champion that does that.. We need that dust optimization ASAP

Tbh against lotan my FPS drops very little not as much as Dust where my game becomes unplayable and a slideshow

I would politely suggest that Kabam implement some sort of a cap on particle density for visual effects. Curious how this champ ever got released into the wild without this being corrected. Whenever Dust gets into her nonsense I have single digit frame rates on my device. This kind of lack of QC and using the community as beta testers is getting very old.
