Problem entering the battleground

Good afternoon, friends.
I've been experiencing several bugs on my iPhone 12 regarding battleground since pre-season. The game simply crashes when I enter battleground, and I've been unable to access the game area for two weeks now.
If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful.

The game simply freezes when I enter the battleground, the season has started and I can't access the area, it's difficult to compete like this.

I have the same problem since the end of season 27 of battleground.. I tried everything, completely resetting my phone and reinstalling the game but nothing works.
