Problem entering the battleground

Good afternoon, friends.
I've been experiencing several bugs on my iPhone 12 regarding battleground since pre-season. The game simply crashes when I enter battleground, and I've been unable to access the game area for two weeks now.
If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful.

    The game simply freezes when I enter the battleground, the season has started and I can't access the area, it's difficult to compete like this.

    I have the same problem since the end of season 27 of battleground.. I tried everything, completely resetting my phone and reinstalling the game but nothing works. All the other modes work except Battleground and it shows me the same thing as you, the screen remains frozen, I sent several tickets I hoped that the problem would be resolved with the new update but no
