Dr Strange synergies not bugged

The Dr Strange synergies do not seem to be working. Specifically the ones with sum supreme (50%base attack as direct damage for each nullify) and silver surfer (%25 potency to blessings). The synergy with Cap works for 30% direct damage for nullify but not the sum supreme one. Can we get this resolved? Dr strange is already a wet noodle. The synergies are the only way he is even playable
