Discord mods need to be rectify

I was using mcoc official discord server for like 6+months and they banned me when I was offline I was confused I tried to contect them with my second account they said I did an inappropriate comment about an underage a week ago really ? A Week ago which I didn't and I was thinking if I did something like this a week ago( which I wasn't) They should let me know that in that time? Or the mods Just sleeping for a whole week?
The funny thing is when I said I didn't do anything they should let me see where I did that they just banned my second account. Yeah typical arrogant mods for you

    Submit a Request to Support directly, instead of just putting a Tag to Kabam on either X, Forums, or Instagram, etc.

    And at least for Forums here (probably Discord as well ?), you can only have 1 registered account for chatting in Forums. (even though you might have multiple game accounts you play)

    I recall this case coming up. As you mention this yourself, I will confirm that you were in fact banned for making inappropriate comments regarding dating underage people. For whatever reason the ban didn't stick, possibly because someone reported you to Discord itself and they suspended your account and then later reversed that suspension. When this was discovered you were banned again. You are not allowed to evade server bans by creating alt accounts, so any alt account identified as the alt of a previously banned account will also be banned.

    You may attempt to appeal this ban by contacting Kabam support directly. However, the mods keep records of the content they action, and Kabam community representatives oversee all activity of the mods, and all of this will be provided to support should you choose to appeal your Discord server ban.

    @DNA3000 , your description sounds vaguely familiar to earlier remarks up here on forums too, although account above is new on forums and only those 2 comments (so, an alt forum account too ?)

    (or maybe it was just someone else who happened to mention such talk taking place over on Discord, for Mods here to see and take action on ?)

    @DNA3000 , Yes your point is valid everybody thinks that I may have commented something that maybe violates there rules.But I was the member of server for like almost half a year so I did know my boundaries I'm a daily chater there. I asked them to show my comment which were violated there rules I didn't asked to unban me. Atleast I should know that the ban is legit or not.

    @SummonerNR it's mine first time using forum i haven't used this before. It's not the first they did this to me earlier before this ban happen like 1-2 week ago there is a user in the server which asked for champ suggestion He had Sandman 7* I asked him to learn him it's very good champ and there was another guy who as valiant he said no he is mid then I reply him with disappointment gif literally I got timed out for that. The gif was normal nothing bad there just a guy starting at someone with disappointment face.

    I should clarify: I am a volunteer moderator for the Discord, and as such I am privy to all of the moderator records for all bans and mutes. So when I say I can confirm you were banned for the conduct you describe, I can confirm that because I can see the conduct logged as the cause of the ban and the moderator discussion surrounding that ban.

    While all moderator actions are judgment calls, and individual human beings might differ on that judgment, no moderator would override the decision of another moderator unless the moderator was acting beyond their discretion, and in this situation this was not the case.

    You might disagree on the legitimacy of the ban, but the moderators are not required to justify their actions to anyone other than the Kabam community team. They are not required to present evidence justifying mutes or bans to the affected players. The Discord is not a court of law. It is more akin to a playing field, and the mods are referees and umpires. They are accountable to the sport, but not to the players on the field. Arguing with the mods about moderator actions is like arguing with the refs about a call on the field. You can get penalized just for arguing about a penalty, and in fact telling the moderators how to do their jobs is a common way to get muted.

    @DNA3000 okey I accept mods decision and I will not ask for unban and i will not justify myself either it's unfortunate that I didnt do wrong but I think I can never be able to talk with my friends on that server anymore I haven't able to add them as friend so idk there accounts. I might end up quiting this game for good Good Luck and thanks for your time for replying this Low lifer i appreciate it.

    Pretty sure DNA just confirmed that you did in fact do something wrong. Don't worry about justifying anything, because you can't. Even if what you said (whatever it was) was a joke, it's absolutely disgusting. You deserve far more than a discord server ban.
