How do you budget your Game Currencies (Tokens, Glory, Radiance)?

So just like any sane MCOC player, I made a spreadsheet.
One of the issue I have with the game is having decision paralysis when budgeting with the phletora of currencies we currently have. With the introduction of another new currency, Radiance, all the values (particularly inflation) of the other currencies became more highlighted. I created a chart to relatively see the equivalent value between the currencies (and to help me not buy the overpriced 7* shards from the battleground store).
Given condition:
- Average MCOC player
- Completed Victory Track and Alliance Events Milestones. Placed in Gamma 4.
- AQ is not competitive, earning 6,000 Glory a week.
- Equivalent currencies are computed relative to Radiance gain. Battlegrounds Tokens is getting more value since we're getting a lot of it per season, and conversely, Glory is getting way less value for being too limited in supply.
Final Note:
- This doesn't apply to everyone since we value resources differently depending on our current need.
- The value of glory is so inflated. Getting alliance potions from the Glory store for Alliance Raids is currently the best value out of it.
How do you budget your currencies? Do you go for more rankup resources to widen your roster (7*R3 materials), heighten up your roster (7*R4 materials), or do you focus on expanding it (more 7* shards)?

Backstory:
First, I started to weigh whether or not a rank up was necessary, and then stopped doing unecessary rank ups when I saw how they drained resources. When I ranked a lot of random champs, I didn't have anything for champs that I eventually pulled, and actually wanted to rank. Later, I made a "Resource Hoard" goal involving Gold, BG Tokens, Loyalty, and Glory, with the idea that once I hit the cap or surpass a certain point, I can start spending comfortably and more selectively without running out of resources.
Gold: I hoarded so much for so long that I can rank as many champs as I want now, without ever having to worry about running out.
Glory: Spend mainly on T4A frags and gold crystals, and relic mat sometimes.
BG Tokens: When I finally reached 150,000, I began spending strategically on Rank Up Mats and Victory Shields, making sure that I keep a minimum 90,000 in the stash AT ALL TIMES for "emergencies" lol.
7*'s: I'm hoarding 7* shards, but have also balanced and expanded my 7* roster significantly. I currently have 119 7*'s, with over half of them awakened with decent sig level. I have no desire for any more from the basic, or for any champs I don't use to be duped, so there's no need to open any more. Might as well keep saving them lol. 🤷🏽
Loyalty store prices suck. Just SUCK. No way I'm spending an exorbitant amount of loyalty for outdated and overpriced rank up mats. I saved Loyalty for the crystal, and got the one champ that I wanted out of it. Now the rest is being hoarded away until it resets after a ridiculously long time lol. Maybe then I will shoot my shot at 7* Void. MAYBE. Until then, I'll spend on a boost sometimes, but that's it. You really can't spend much Loyalty anyway because the ridiculously strict spending limits kind of forces a player to save. Makes zero sense. Hopefully it gets an update.
Radience: Haven't gotten any yet, but will go for rank up mats when I do.
