Live Stream Secret Codes Clarification

Dave mentioned on the livestream that secret codes would be live at the summoner's market at 12PM today.

He didn't mention what time zone. Does anybody know?

Promocodes as they were are not returning for the foreseeable future. Twitch Drops have replaced them and we're going to play our streams for the rest of the day to give people a chance to earn and claim them who are in different timezones/difficult schedules as seen here: https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/394279/may-2nd-livestream-twitch-drops-and-secret-code-information#latest . If you and a majority of people really feel that strongly about having an extra chance to get cool things on top of the 5x Titan Crystals and 5x Champion Choice. I'll consider removing the Secret Codes.

So to be clear.. We'll go from

5x Titan Crystals, 5x Champion Choice AND 5x 7 Star Crystals
to
5x Titan Crystals and 5x Champion Choice

The other option is you don't have to try to claim the Secret Codes and it will feel the same as option 2.
