It seems that twitch drops are bugged but affects every player differently

For those who are having issues:

Are you sure your Kabam and Twitch accounts are actually connected?

Are you sure the Kabam account you connected to Twitch is the one that's linked to your in-game account?

This time I only got the crystals, the other 2 rewards are missing

I watched the full thing and the energy and revives came in game straight away but the reunion crystals are nowhere to be seen despite claiming them. I’ve had no issues on past twitch drops

Yeah, I've always received them before after claiming them on twitch. So this isn't user error.

2 out of, reunion crystals are missing. All milestones were completed and claimed.

I already claimed the drops on twitch after watching livestream but it hasnt showed up in games at all. I went to the twitch app and its showing its locked and unable to claim.

Still waiting for my twitch drops, they're not showing up in-game, and I watched the Twitch stream live, not cool guys.

Shows I'm entitled for all rewards let me claim energy refills then it says error in claiming rewards. None of it is in the stash or mailbox. Reverse of last live stream, shows you earned it but can't have it.
