Lower the refresh time for the in-store, 7 Star Loyalty Crystal?

I may be mistaken but this crystal takes 90-days to refresh, and imo this is far too long. It means that in 1 year alone, you can only access this crystal 4 times, and because of RNG, it makes chasing a particular champion rather frustrating.

    The loyalty crystal is now in the radiance store and resets every 35 days. Will eventually be removed from loyalty store.
