So what do we think about Dark Phoenix? From a kit pov

I really like how she's both immune and use Nova flames, of course I hope Nova flames, and immunity to it, will remain one of if not the rarest damaging effects in the game. The resurrection is cool, but I think there should've been an aspect of greater loss of control during that phase, something like how vs Kindred his immortality phase means bad news in terms of unavoidable damage.

But two things are bothering me:
1-Her damage doesn't seem to be all that... it's NICE.
2-i really HATE how her animations and all are identical to the regular Phoenix. The kit being different between the two isn't nearly enough. I believe there is a great difference in the way those to fight and use their abilities. Phoenix uses her powers, sure, but in a restricted way, right? She's good after all. But Dark Phoenix? Don't hold back, uncontrollable chaos like power, and it should've been reflected in her animations, NEW animations.

Bonus:I'd like to know why else, people don't like the Dark Phoenix release AT ALL, cuz I see it's a really hot topic

    I like the look of her issue with her release its a lot of units spend and she basically is a trophy champ which for those that want her isnt reachable in this event until maybe next time she comes back around

    I came into the event planning on maxing out the milestones with my saved units, cause I loved all of the prior announced champs. So the fact that now the milestone is dark phoenix I’m pretty excited. She will fit nicely into my BGs deck and her kit looks exciting. I love all of the buffs she gets, I love that nova flames are her damage source. Her damage doesn’t seem busted, but it seems consistent and pretty good.

    And I think what they are doing is updating OG phoenix’s animations, and making dark Phoenix have the old animations. Which I don’t mind, I like that they’ll be a bit different

    We're already getting 2 model/ kit overhauls this month 1 of them having completely new animations, I can live with her having repeat animations

    Same animations, same design, bit darker colours, not that impressive damage, doesn't look like defender either.

    Honestly, she feels like rushed concept.

    I'm looking forward to the regular Phoenix more till Dark Phoenix is avaiable in another way besides paying 36k units

    I doubt she'll be made much easier to get given how mad people who didn't 36k units to get her would be

    Thats what mainly i care about is 2 different kits if same kit still then different story
