BG SEASON 28 START PACKAGE DISSAPEARNCE

I'm starting the season at Vibranium 5, but the season start package disappeared. I couldn't claim it because it's nowhere to be found; now I have nothing to start BG. No elder's mark, no trophy tokens, nothing.

Did you play 5 matches yet? And if so, have you checked unclaimed rewards in your stash?

This. And it's also best not to come in swinging and complain on your first post.

My last season rewards rewards, earned after the 5 matches also disappeared after the last game update. They reappeared after winning a match and are in the inventory unclaimed area.

Visually missing items happen often when the game does it's monthly updates.

A better way would have been to say "Has anyone had this issue? I've done BG before and haven't had this problem before."

Not "Kabam do something" and spamming your own post without even a minute between responses before people can respond. And did MrSakuragi suggestion work?

And being Valiant unfortunately doesn't mean you always know how the game works.
