Good in my opinion even a 6 star r5 ascended would be awesome to play in bg because of how powerful his damage looks rn
Also he doesn't need sig ability for damage that's also a good point
But I wish he had some more utility via armor break by which he could have tackle champs like Killmonger
I wish that prowess would have been bit longer because if you miss by a couple of seconds you will lose all the prowess ramp

That's what the power efficiency is for. Once you get to 2.9999 bars of power (only can throw sp3 when at 20), use sp2, then spam sp1s because of that power efficiency. If it does not kill, just repeat the process.

Maybe they released Cyclops today because he's "technically" the first coming? By Monday the day of the update, the other rarities of Cyclops (3-6* versions) should be buffed, and Yelena is coming on the 8th. Is that how it works with overhauled champs?
