That is 6 champs. Galan is an “old” champ, as is Cyclops but since he’s been reworked, he takes a spot. So Jean, Bastion, Spiderwoman, and Yelena take the new 4 slots.

They changed the cadence so now it's 5 or 6 new champions and 1 old to fill if necessary but it takes an additional month to change
