My opinion on Lotan

I think kabam should have made it so Lotan's desecrated charges doesn't go back up as u bring them down.
That made it soooo much harder.

Also, I've said this b4 and I will keep saying it till kabam gives in.
You guys / girls need to make it so we can practice fight these new characters!!!!!!!!
They have new moves and new special attacks that make it hard to handle. Not only that but they're so powerful that u mess up once, u die.
I'm not saying make the enemies weaker but just give us a chance to practice. My phase 4 vs phase 5 fight was LITERALLY night and day.
Not gonna say how much resources I used in phase 4 (too embarrassed 😳) but for phase 5, I used 4 lvl 2 revive on my invisible woman (believe me, that's nothing short of a miracle). Finally mastered dexing sp1.
Again, all I'm asking is allow us to practice fight the enemy. We can use gold for these practice fights.

If they let us practice then no one would actually take the fight until they know with certainly that they could solo. It would trivialize content and remove a large portion of the challenge involved.

I agree about the increasing desecration charges. Mainly because the dismal game lag that caused a ton of missed hits and dexing delays, made this fight a horrible experience for me. This also made it 10 times more difficult that it should have been to manage the charges.

Even using gold for practice fights is completely unfair

She’s really easy, you just need to read her kit
I used a single revive on the first try, did almost 1 phase per champ on my team
2nd and 3rd paths were even easier

Other than the possible lag some people faced, the fight is objectively easy and forgiving. The charges going back up shouldn't even affect you if you play slightly good. Really, the whole fight comes down to your ability to dex her sp1.

Phase 1 and 5 r not bad.
I hate phase 3 and 4 because of stun immunity and the parameters around that huge gaping hole in the middle 🤣

She's fine, pretty easy tbh. Had to use a handful of revives in my first run, cut that in half for the second time, and got through with zero revives on the third.

This is why making earlier content easy was a bad idea. Everybody that can't solo a boss whines now.

Just did two paths, and thought she was easier in terms of mechanics than 9.1 and some of the Act 8 bosses. It definitely helps that the paths themselves aren't too difficult, so you can just bring 1-2 path counters and have the rest be for the boss (so with the champion switch, you potentially have 4-5 Science champions for the Boss).

My first run (no trap path) probably took me 4-5 revives since I couldn't get the timing on dexing the SP1 down (there is either lag where it doesn't count my dex input, or the timing is weird where I had to dex much earlier than the animation makes it seem). My second run (the encroaching stun trap) took me 2-3 revives as I sometimes couldn't play around the stun mechanic.

If you plan correctly, you can go through one champion for each phase and not have to use any revives.

If you are worried about the Desecrate charges going back up, bring in a champion that can inflict the specified debuff for that phase, and your charge removal rate will drastically be faster than the rate of charge increases.

SpiderGwen has an auto-evade on specials if you’re not blocking. She’s a science champ too, which helps. She also has slow on heavy which can help with unstoppable.

I found her helpful in phase 5 where dexing was inconsistent due to lag.

It's a pretty easy fight with a small learning curve. Not everything needs to be handed out. She doesn't gain charges faster than you bring them down providing your doing it correctly.

I had Nefaria for phase 5. I've never touched a Spidergwen yet but I'm glad that she could do it for you

Become a Content Creator. They can practice most of the content even before it releases. Try out rankups before doing it on their own account. The testing area. All kinds of perks.

That'd probably be the only option to practice these bosses. Kabam can't really let everyone practice all the fights before hand because they'd lose money from revives not being bought as often.

Cope. They don't let you practice the fights beforehand because that removes the challenge from it. Part of the challenge is learning the fight. Video games without revives still don't let you practice their bosses.
