Prefights In Alliance War Not Working

As title suggests. One of our members used ironheart prefight to switch to rupture mode, they have a recording and it still didnt work. I will send it here once i figure out how to send videos on forums. Same thing happened to another member on HS shock with odin prefights. This is beginning to cost our alliance deaths where we shouldn’t be dying and it’s becoming frustrating. Any update on this would be appreciated.
