Cyclops bugged synergie

So yeah i was looking on youtube and saw multiple video talking about this "amazing" synergie with prof x. I was amazed by the incredible +300k critical hits with every hits of the special 1 by a 6r5 so i decided to checked the said synergie.
When i look at it, it is saying that cyclops blue is only getting 5 additional precision above his max while on the other hand, red cyclopsis getting x2 critical damage on his beam attacks and is applying armor break with 20% potency.
It is pretty easy to understand what is happening with both synergie applying at once, but it shouldn't.
Am i correct ?
