Sandman was a bit different to be fair. He was still in the development stage, the details were released early to content creators to try out but they were always subject to change before official release. Cyclops on the other hand is a official release.

also reminds me of namor lol, went from top mutant to completely forgotten, nerfed him for his "damage" which is locked behind sp3 and then proceeds to release cgr and ham almost a year later, common kabam.
