Unable to get Cavalier Desperate Measures Crystal shards

I just 100% completed my threat level 1 and 2 of Summoner: Declassified but my shards and not showing in the crystals tab.
Kabam please fix this.

    This isn’t the only thing bugged. There’s missing rewards from valiant EQ and you can’t buy HOF crystals with units from Crystal tab yet
