Where do we spend dark plumes?

Isn't there supposed to be a quest in which we spend them with this recent update?

    The in game message said May so that means it's probably coming in June.

    If you click on the plumes it’ll tell you when the quest opens and closes. May 14 at update time, 2pm EST for me

    Awesome @Etm34 , I didn't realize it told you if you clicked on the plumes. Thank you sir.

    Being Kabam, that may or may not be the accurate date since half of the in game messages seem to be the wrong dates anymore.
