How does Bastion inflict his Power Reroute effect? Like, canonically? I'm not asking how he does it in game or if he can in '97. I just want to understand if there's any kind of technology or real world explanation as to how he could reroute power to himself
And on the note of asking real world questions: Would Sonic attacks be covered by Physical Resistance? Or would it bypass?
