Completed week 1 side quest and didn't receive items

Is anyone else having this issue?

Didn't they say you could get the items 4 times? They'd have to stay there after the 1st run to be able to do that.

This is weird since I did a single run per difficulty 2 to 5 and I got all rewards including exploration
