May Side quest reward bug

I had completed may side quest on threat level 5 but didn't get all rewards. Can anyone explain me why this happened

    Did you break off and do all three of the outside paths or just the inside path?

    I did the path on which 7* shards were there and those shards were 250 only

    Also for @Super786Warrior , and anyone else who starts packing posts about “missing” rewards.

    Appears as if each of the 3 “DETOURS” can be run 4 times each.
    And rewards summary listing groups all 4 runs (on a particular Detour) as a grand total for that Detour.

    Doing 1 run will only get you 1/4 of what the Summary screen shows you potentially being able to get.

    Graphic (with my added notes. *disclaimer, haven’t run them yet, but what I gathered from the multiple posts being made, and looking at announcement).

    And also, even though screen shows a check mark for “Explored”, technically that is for having explored each of the paths. But NOT for having explored those paths 4 times each.
    I assume when you have explored a Detour 4 times, that particular Detour's reward item will then show as having been finished.

    It’s laughable how complicated and obtuse these things are. At least there are no keys this month.

    I 100% explored Threat level 5 in one pass and didn't receive any of the rewards.

    I played it 2nd time and only took the Abomination path because I didn't want to waste my time and 100% complete again if I wouldn't receive the rewards again.
    I finished the map and received the 1000 7* shards.
    Played it a 3rd time to get the 3000 crystal shards from the Red Guardian
    and 1000 7* shards from Rhino
    completed it and got thoses rewards.

    The first time I ran this quest yesterday, it showed 250 7* shards twice and 750 cavalier shards. After 100% exploration(only got the titan shards and dust. No path rewards), I saw that there were 1000 7* shards twice and 3000 cavalier shards. Got the path rewards when I ran it again. I am guessing the quest had a bug initially which was fixed.

    I have no problems with sq rewards

    I did 1 run without skipping any fights and got all the rewards

    Did anyone skip a fight?

    I didn't skip any fights my first run....and didn't get any rewards

    Аналогичная проблема и у меня, прошёл раза 3, а награды так и не получены, хоть и прохождение есть на 100%

    3 и 4 уровень угрозы просто не собирается давать награды....

    FIX (for a slightly different issue, wrong month's version of crystal shards being given for some)
    But the fix for this includes meaning you no longer having to do it 4 times each week (for 1/4 of reward each time).

    Now you can do just 1 time a week and get the full amount of shards.

    (if you have already done some passes, you just need to do 1 more time to get full amount).
