PHOENIX FORCE BUG - IPHONE 11

So I just popped 4 paragon heart of fire crystals ( using the open button ) but no progression has been made in the phoenix force solo event, still 0 point.

Did the points show up after you restarted game next time ?

There might be a delay between opening and registering towards Solo Event points ?

(and I think you were describing the crystal/event correctly, but just fyi for others, one of the Solo Events allows the lowest (3rd) progression crystal to count for points, but the other Solo Event does not (just count the higher 2 progression crystals).

I restarted the game several times but it's still persist and yes, I opened paragon one not cavalier. This bug also happened at my homecoming mission which requires me to open free crystals, it only counts when I spin the crystal.

update: somehow I got 4 crystals back? I spin and now it counts.

Which crystals did you purchase? Your last post shows cavalier crystals and those do not give any points in the Phoenix Force event.
