Crash during fight boss final

During the fight of the boss Arnim Zola, the game switch off.
After new login of the game my pg have middle life, the final boss returned to full life and the counter of the kill are +1..
It’ possibile to verify this problem and resolve?
It’s not my problem of telephone.. I want to retun the kill ghost
