HoF - Anyone in the same situation?

I know there must be a lot of threads about this, I was away from the forum since I was traveling, but I would like to know if anyone had a worse opening than me:
I got Dark Phoenix, that is, 200 crystals, and a total of zero 7 stars.
I could hardly believe every crystal I opened. And there were zero, I didn't get any 7 stars of base pool or HoF pool. It's simply ridiculous. Everyone in my alliance and my friends got at least five 7 stars.
I finished the event with All champions undup.
Three were from milestones, the fourth from the selector, the fifth from the webstore promotion.
I don't even know what to say, but I'm very frustrated. This "luck" model when you spend is ridiculous, go back to the key model. I spent 20,000 units and almost 300 dollars on crystals for nothing.

I have no intention of spamming the forum with an unnecessary thread, I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else.

    Seems like many in my alliance duped everyone in the crystal. I got 2 HOF and 2 basic 7* from the crystals.

    Not sure where the idea of the key model comes into play. It would only make a slight difference for the 7* crystals, but would have no impact at all on the crystals that you need to open to reach the milestones. So really not a useful point here.

    Also, I think I took your luck. I pulled nine 7* champs out of the Valiant crystals, including Apoc four times and a dupe on Tigra after getting her out of one of the 7* crystals. All in all, I technically got 15 7* champs from farmed units in this event

    Spent around 9k units myself and got 0 7 stars also out of the Crystals.

    Only 7 I got was from the 7 Crystal in the rewards...

    Everyone in my alliance though got 7s from the crystals.. its honestly sickening

    That’s rng for you i got almost all but miss ibom.
    And i spent 530 i even brought the the pargon knowing that i wouldn’t get him because rng. Sitting at 582 points so yes i know the feeling.

    But there was a new rule for crystals with 7 stars, after some number, maybe 10 , you will be guaranteed to pull a 7 star
