Banned for no reason

I went into my account this morning and it said I was perma banned. I didn't do anything yesterday but okay alliance quests and EQ, didn't even beat them. And then kabam said I was cheating in necropolis which doesn't make sense because I have had 100% necropolis for a couple months now. Is there any way for kabam to unban my account because they had no reason to ban it in the first place

    And if it was a chat ban why would they perma ban you for that? Or why would they say I was cheating in necropolis

    I've had necro done for months now that doesn't make sense

    You said that you did Necro months ago but never said that you didn't cheat in Necro. Maybe their anti-cheat is a little bit back logged and usually they ban in waves.

    No they're necro anti cheat is on point, I would've been banned the moment I 100% it
