BG AW rank up help, skill

Hello all, not a very skilled player, can never seem to get consistent with timing. With that in mind, I find my skill options are weak for BG. Any rank up advice, I'm thinking to r3 or r4? Had a duped Cheeilth then drew her as 7*. Wait until I draw someone else or dupe someone here? Thanks in advance!
