NIGHT CRAWLERS SIG IS BROKEN!!!

I’ve noticed that night crawler when awaken should not be able to have his evade chance lowered by anyone other than tech champs unless I’m missing something and correct me if I’m wrong should that not apply to true accuracy and ensure as well I have noticed a multitude of non tech champs shutting off his evade for example bullseyes and okoye both being skill class with class disadvantage countering his evade and cyclops is completely failing it please address this.

    True Focus. True Accuracy etc are not abilities that affect the Ability Accuracy of Evade effects, and will be able to counter him. Defensive Ability Accuracy Reduction from effects like Slow, Disorient, etc will be countered by NC’s sig ability. It’s not that non tech champs as a whole are never able to counter it.
