Battlegrounds Freeze Problem (IOS)

Iphone 16 Pro
Latest version of IOS/the game
When I try to enter Battlegrounds, my game freezes but the game seems to be working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to reset but it did not work too.

    I’ve had the same problem as you, ever since the latest Season 2, Battlegrounds. I reported the issue, but so far there’s been no solution. I’ve submitted many tickets, but nothing has been done yet.

    Aynı sorun bende nerdeyse bir haftadır var.iPhone13 ile giriyorum ama donuyor ve menü tamamen boş gözüküyor.Bu konuda bende bilet gönderdim fakat hiçbir şekilde çözüm için dönüş olmuyor.

    Böyle devam ederse bu sorun bir çok ödülden mahrum kalacağız bunun için bir tazminat ödenmeli.
