Can someone remind me where all of the Deathless pieces were located?

I know most of them are long since past (with the exception of pieces in a Carina Challenge and maybe the Crucible?) but I'm hoping someone here can remind me where each of the pieces were found originally? I'm curious for my own edification and to remind myself how I may have missed out on certain pieces.

Thank you, that's a lot of help...although the King Groot graphic doesn't name the last two locations, likewise the last one for Vision.

Vision was in crucible (time limited objective). Groot was in Winter of Woe milestones and Alliance War Showcase (both time limited as well).

You can buy up to 5 piece selectors in the radiance store for any deathless champion.

I'll have a faster time with units.

I barely got any Radiance from BGs because GC is a complete nonstarter for me and not just because it's far too time consuming for so little gain.

Yeah, more radiance in AQ late next month but it looks like my alliance will barely qualify there. Likewise War, if at all.

In other words, yes, I'll get some radiance but at a slower clip than units.
