Content gap for alliance changes

Overlapping content is making it almost impossible to switch alliances without losing out on one or the other alliance rewards. Suggest we sync content to provide at least a few days window each month.

    That's exactly why they made it that way. To prevent frequent alliance hopping and leeching rewards etc.
