Mcoc chat ban/issue

since last year, 2024 June, I have not been able yo communicate in the public or friend or any chat in MCOC. I do not remember me slandering or commenting anything negative in the chat, I don’t know if I had been permanently banned from chatting or what but I need help with this issue. I am trying to contact my Alliance members and officers but I cannot do so because of this, please help asap Kabam.
