Kabam, please look into the intimidate debuffs/passive
Titania and gladiator are 2 examples of it not seeming to work, especially if the defender has a bar of Power, it nearly ALWAYS acts like a taunt.. gladiator is one of my favourite champs and he's just so unreliable for this reason. Titania is the same, the defender will launch a special when they have power..
